    Description

    Join Our Team as Administrative Support 2

    We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Support 2 to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of the Peer Review Department. As an Administrative Support 2, you will handle a variety of tasks including mailing, filing, shredding, data entry, phone and email correspondence, and more.

    Qualifications:

    • 0-2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Experience with CRM or other databases, data entry, or customer service is a plus
    • Background in healthcare, insurance, or working with doctors is advantageous

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage department phone calls, emails, and faxes
    • Create and organize cases for coordinators
    • Distribute cases efficiently
    • Send initial notices on External Reviews
    • Retrieve information from portals
    • Update case files with accurate details
    • Resolve contact information errors
    • Assist clients, claimants, and providers
    • Provide backup support when needed
    • Handle other tasks as assigned

    Desired Skills:

    • Proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Suite
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

    • Effective time management
