    FP&A Analyst Senior

    Overview: Analyzes operational data and financial results, develops reports and projections, and coordinates business planning process for one or more business units with the ability to work independently, occasionally lead a team and proactively improves current work processes.

    Skills and Abilities:
    Ability to:
    - Analyze operational data and financial results (including working closely with field management) to identify trends and activities driving those results and make recommendations on potential changes, both operational and financial in nature, to improve performance
    - Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
    - Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
    - Drive the business planning process for several business units, including partnering with Business Unit Vice Presidents to set metrics/targets to effectively run the business
    - Proactively resolve and develop solutions to daily operational issues independently
    - Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts independently
    - Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in English
    - Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills needed to complete competing tasks under time-sensitive deadlines
    - Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling
    - Contribute to development of improved work processes

    Knowledge:
    - Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting concepts
    - Strong knowledge using spreadsheets and databases to analyze information
    - Strong knowledge of Archrock's product offering
    - Advanced knowledge providing insights and questions when distributing a report or analysis
    - Knowledge of continuous improvement processes

    Minimum Education and Certification:
    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics

    Minimum Experience:
    years experience in financial planning and analysis or related area
    - Experience with Oracle EPBCS (User/Administrator)

    Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI is a plus

    Leadership:
    - Expected to serve as a resource to others for knowledge transfer, training and checking work
    - May occasionally lead a team

    - Regularly required to stand, walk, and bend with good balance, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
    - Regularly required to sit, perform repetitive duties, use a PC and to talk and hear
    - Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
    - Regularly required to lift, move and carry up to 10 pounds
