INTRODUCTION


NAAG Forensic PC is a law enforcement contractor that provides services to domestic civilian and military criminal justice (CJ) agencies.

We require a CJIS Compliance Officer to monitor CJI and systems compliance in the advancement of operational objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly support the Medical Director, and two Operation Directors (clinical and nonclinical services)
  • Interface directly with law enforcement officers, IT support staff and others as necessary
  • Act as a liaison between NAAG and various governmental IT departments, consultants and service providers
  • Advise senior staff on matters of IT systems security and operation
  • Perform professional, supervisory and technical work as required
  • Author and monitor IT system policy and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with current laws, regulations and standards for quality and safety
  • Works within broad policy and organizational guidelines
  • Perform independent planning and implementation
  • Other responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • At least one year of prior employment in a law enforcement division
  • Pass an extensive background check
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Have the capacity to work in highly stressful and demanding environments and situations, and, with class, handle time periods and people that may be very challenging
  • Must be able to legally work in the USA
  • Must be able and willing to travel, including by airplane to international locations when required (must have or be willing and able to obtain a passport, and must be allowed to travel to, and enter into foreign countries)
  • Must be able and willing to work with medical content that many people would consider highly disturbing including photographs of extreme violence to living and deceased individuals, including young children
  • Be willing and able to be exposed to human tissues and remains, chemicals, and malodorous environments

COMPENSATION
(exempt)


Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Law enforcement: 1 year (preferred)
  • Information security: 1 year (preferred)

  • San Diego, CA 92130: Relocate before starting work (required)
