Position Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wash and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area at all times
- Follow proper safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Assist in other kitchen duties as needed, such as preparing ingredients or cleaning equipment
- Restock supplies as needed and report any equipment issues to the kitchen manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
