Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team.

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced convenience store/mini mart environment.


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Perform product demos and explain features to customers
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
• Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, or product demonstrations is an advantage
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals accurately

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Detailoriented with good organizational skills
• Proficient in operating a POS system
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
