Your responsibilities:


  • You will take on a key role for our four therapy centers, providing support and advice on all organizational, legal, and administrative matters.
  • You will initiate and manage innovative professional projects and take on crossdepartmental tasks.
  • At the same time, you will be a decisionmaker in certain assigned tasks within the operation of therapy centers.
  • You are committed to employee recruitment and development.
  • You represent the organization in committees, working groups, and other networking formats.
  • You manage, monitor, and analyze financial indicators and derive strategic and operational action areas, as well
