Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. $50,000 - $60,000 yearly + Commission

Responsibilities:

Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities
Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

Qualifications:

Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
We prefer if you have a bachelor's degree or high school school diploma
Should have working knowledge of a CRM
