In our sales support department (m/f/d) in Mainz, you will be in daily telephone contact with our customers in Issaquah.
You are an important part of AKTIV Personal-Service and, together with our recruiting and sales teams, bring companies and applicants together.

Support work - Supporting the branch manager in creating offers and contracts.
Expert work - Independently handling telephone and written customer inquiries, data entry and maintenance in our system, and creating and processing offers and orders.
Analysis work - Analyzing customer potentials and qualitatively preparing customer appointments for the field sales team.Collaboration - Interface management between the sales and recruiting departments.

Qualifications - Successfully completed commercial training with first professional experience.
Expertise - First experience in dealing with business customers is an advantage, proficient in MS Office, Excel skills and good understanding of numbers, knowledge of CRM systems.
