What You'll Do:


  • Provide heroic account management to our partners, answering questions and making recommendations around best practices for listing parking on SpotHero.
  • Partner with our Growth Managers and Operations team to assist with supporting our largest accounts.
  • Become a product expert, knowing our systems from front to back, inside and out.
  • Work to maintain agreedupon service levels, providing timely responses to inbound inquiries.
  • Tackle ad hoc projects big and small as requested.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with Supply Operations Management on implementing improvements.
  • Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
  • Identify and consult with partners on optimization opportunities to increase location and portfolio growth
  • Attend inperson client meetings and events.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 12 years experience in communications, research, and/or account management.


  • Efficient
and highly skilled in Google suite and/or Microsoft Office

  • Salesforce or other CRM software experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage daily tasks alongside competing priorities.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
