Salesperson / Interior Design Consultant as Regional Supervisor / Coach for the Curtain and Textile Product Group (m/f/d)

Starting immediately | Bavaria | XXXLutz Furniture Store Nuremberg | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • You organize professional training for apprentices, specialists, and department managers
  • In close contact with department managers and specialists, you increase customer and employee satisfaction and ensure compliance with sales targets
  • You participate in trade fairs, purchasing, and supplier meetings
  • You are responsible for inventory control of the product range in terms of function and pricing structure
  • You oversee new store openings and renovations (e.g. during product range changes)
Qualifications

  • You have completed a vocational training, preferably in sales
  • You have gained several years of experience in retail preferably in the curtain and textile product group and have initial experience in managing employees
  • You are characterized by a high level of implementation quality and initiative. You also have good communication skills and can work well in a team
  • You are willing to work at different locations
