Description

Conducts and supervises all operations in a safe and efficient manner to ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for effectively leading, developing, managing, and motivating direct reports contractors and employees.
Enforces and oversees compliance of all Company Policies and Procedures.
Coordinate shipments into and out of facilities tankage. Ensure correct product quality testing according to company procedures.
Conducts routine operation inspections.
Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all inventories and monitoring of product variations at their terminal.
Confirms meter calibration, line testing and other integrity programs as necessary and directed.
Schedules and coordinates terminal maintenance with terminal operators and thirdparty contractors.
Acts as Incident Commander for terminal in the event of emergency situations.
Maintains good communication with customer base.
Responsible for development, management, and execution of yearly operating budget.
Develops capital projects and maintenance programs including costs and justification.
Oversight of all projects and activities at facility.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
