Job Description

We are seeking a delivery drivers to join our team You will drive to deliver and pick up packages. Constitution Transit is a package delivery company that contracts with FedEx Ground to pick up and deliver packages to zip codes throughout the north hills of Pittsburgh. We are looking to fill multiple positions both full and part time for the upcoming holiday season and beyond. We do not require any professional driving experience, we can train our drivers from the ground up. All we need from you is the willingness to work and we will absolutely keep you busy. Our starting wage is between $18-19 per hour with room to grow into our bigger trucks which pay more as you develop more of the skills necessary to drive larger equipment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver packages to customer locations in a timely manner
Load and unload vehicle
Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials

Qualifications:

A background in delivery driving, good organizational skills, and customer service would be helpful, however no experience is required and enrollment in a company driving school could be arranged for the right candidates
Must have clean driving record for the past 3 years, have a clean criminal background, and be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to handle a physical workload
Must be Deadline-oriented
