    Description

    Job Summary

    A Micro-Fulfillment Center (MFC) is a facility that combines Team Members and technology to retrieve items from an automated grid of products to fulfill Curbside online orders. The center will stock a variety of products, including center store items and frozen/chilled goods.

    Job Description

    Our Delivery Drivers play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately, promptly, and with a positive attitude. They are tasked with the safe and precise delivery of customers' curbside orders to store locations for pick-up or directly to their homes.

    • Required Experience: 1 to 3 years
    • Preferred Experience: Basic knowledge of DOT regulations; Experience with city driving
    • Desired Education: High school diploma or equivalent
    • Required Certification or Licensing: Clean driving record with no commercial or personal DUI/DWI within the last 5 years. No reckless driving violations or FMCSA 49. cfr Disqualification of drivers.
    • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
    • Travel Requirement: Regional - Daily, More than 50%
    • Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years old

    Job Responsibilities

    • Fulfill additional tasks assigned by management during slower periods
    • Ensure a safe and tidy work environment
    • Adhere to all company delivery policies and procedures
    • Follow traffic regulations at all times
    • Maintain a clean driving history
    • Plan daily delivery routes and store visits efficiently
    • Safely load and unload customer orders into the delivery vehicle, organizing orders accurately
    • Assist with order collection, loading, and payment processing
    • Build rapport with customers
    • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly
    • Maintain open communication with Curbside Express team, Team Leaders, and Store Leader
