- Patrol assigned areas on foot AND by vehicle to ensure the security of premises.
- Scan barcodes on each exit.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by assisting with inquiries and directing them as needed.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly to the appropriate authorities.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, to maintain order and safety.
- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or other crises, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.
- Escort individuals off the premises when required, following established protocols and procedures.
- Complete detailed reports documenting all security-related activities and incidents (DAR and Incident Reports).
- Active BSIS issued Guard Card
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Certification in CPR and basic first aid is a plus.
- Must have a Valid CA driver's license and a clean driving record
