This job is for a part-time employee (9-15 hours starting a week and will build caseload after initial training period)A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) implements the behavioral health plans for clients with Autism
Their responsibilities include:
- Behavioral interventions: Working with clients in oneonone setting to teach new skills, reduce problematic behaviors, and reinforce positive behaviors
- Data collection: Collecting data during sessions to track progress and adjust treatment plans
- Communication: keeping BCBA informed on the case and providing a session summary to the client's parent.
- Collaboration: Working with other members of the treatment team, such as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) ad other RBTs
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality for all client work
- Training: Attending RBT training to keep skills uptodate
Job Type:

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
