Your responsibilities

Managing and leading a technical crossfunctional team of software architects, developers, testers, and DevOps engineers
Taking on project roles in large and technically complex development projects (e.g. integration management, deployment management, etc.)
Experience with agile software development in a scaled environment
Implementing development requirements in complex platforms
Working closely with project management to ensure project success and team performance
Conducting capacity and resource management according to project requirements
Integrating, coordinating, and managing external project resources such as partners and suppliers

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or a similar qualification
Relevant practical experience in complex IT projects and proven experience in disciplinary and technical leadership of employees
Comprehensive knowledge of team structure and optimization processes
Familiarity with project management methods and company processes
Technical and organizational understanding of the disciplines involved in software development
Experience with microservice architectures is a plus
Strong communication skills and empathy, combined with a reliable, independent, and methodical work approach (agile mindset)
