- Develop and maintain reports for business analysis and decision support
- Support and analyze business-critical software applications like CRM, ERP and e-commerce platforms
- Ensure data integrity and conduct data mining for enhanced business insights
- Assist in managing customer-facing websites, web order systems and EDI
- Lead IT projects and initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes
- Create technical and user application documentation
- Oversee testing and end-user acceptance of business applications
- Design and maintain various business forms across multiple systems
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business workflows
- Proficiency in problem-solving and complex analysis
- Effective collaboration within team settings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-centric approach to tasks
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software
- Prior experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation preferred
- Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne, Infor CRM, ReportsNow, Adobe Commerce (Magento) and SQL is advantageous
