- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages.
- Experience working with graphic and web designers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze communication effectiveness.
- Experience with change management communication is a plus.

Job Description:
As a member of the team, you will support the United States Transportation Command in Organizational Change Management. This effort will include informing stakeholders of upcoming change, assisting stakeholder communities with making the transition to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business processes, and reinforcing the change across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) stakeholders during the implementation of this new commercial ERP capability.
