Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist, you will work in a collaborative school environment, supporting students with various disabilities and helping them overcome barriers to their academic success. This position offers a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' motor and sensory skills to identify areas of need.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their academic and functional goals.
Provide direct therapy services, including fine and gross motor activities, sensory integration, and adaptive equipment as needed.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other special education professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in WA.
School-based experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
