Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager to design and implement a comprehensive marketing calendar.
- Execute daily keyword optimization for Amazon listings, Google Ads, and other online marketing platforms to improve visibility and rankings.
- Execute A/B tests for advertising campaigns and content to pinpoint the most effective tactics.
- Refine listings, product pages, and advertising efforts to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Participate in crafting the company's digital strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and maintain rigorous standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and the rollout of new products listings.
- Work closely with operations, product management, sales, and design team to ensure prompt content updates and distribution across ecommerce platforms.
- Administer daytoday backend operations for platforms like Amazon and Shopify Plus.
- Manage the daily operations of the EDI systems to ensure all orders, both ecommerce and B2B, are processed efficiently while minimizing fulfillment time.
- Undertake additional duties as needed to aid the ecommerce and IT operation teams' efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms such as Amazon or Shopify.
- Familiarity with SEO practices and keyword optimization to enhance products visibility and rankings.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing campaign results to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in managing product listings, optimizing product pages, and executing advertising campaigns to maximize conversions.
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Understanding of EDI systems and backend operations for handling ecommerce transactions.
- Strong skills in content creation and maintenance across various digital platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies and timely updates.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadline efficiently.
