JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Kfz-Serviceberater (automotive service advisor) m/w/d to join our team at Los Altos. The ideal candidate will have completed a vocational training as an Automobilkaufmann-/frau (automotive salesperson) or KFZ-Mechatroniker (automotive mechatronics technician).
- High level of motivation, flexibility, and reliability
- Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for cars and technical expertise
- Ability to independently handle workshop orders
- Teamwork and customer service orientation Your responsibilities:
- Order acceptance, including dialogue acceptance
- Personal and telephone customer support
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Scheduling of service appointments
- Familiarity with manufacturer programs What we offer:
