    Community Maintenance Supervisor Position Available at Bristol Square Apartments (Lynnwood, WA) Excellent Career Opportunity.

    We are looking for a remarkable person able to fill the Community Maintenance Supervisor position for Bristol Square Apartments in Lynnwood, WA.

    The best candidate will be able to manage the maintenance of two apartment complexes, be able to work as a team with the onsite staff, and residents, and have a can-do attitude.

    50 per hour
    \*Full time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Plans are provided by Kaiser Permanente, Dental select, and EyeMed.
    \*9 Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.)

    *Supervising all maintenance staff
    \*Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
    \*Turnovers of units
    \*Building and Common Area Maintenance
    \*Being available on-call, on a rotating basis, for emergency calls
    *Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience
    \*Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus
    \*Experience completing work orders and preparing make ready units
    \*Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset
