Shift Leader for Productive Area (m/f/d)
Permanent | Starting immediately | Full-time | Location: Schwaigern | Department: Recycling

What you will be responsible for:

  • Creating weekly schedules and shift plans
  • Monitoring employees and their work performance
  • Material planning and coordination of the use of equipment and machinery
  • Communicating with superiors, other departments, and employees about the progress and success of work
  • Leading the team during ongoing shifts and monitoring work processes
  • Ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards
  • Training new employees and providing technical instructions
  • Documenting and analyzing shifts and daily production quantities
  • Reporting to the production management
  • Resolving production disruptions or initiating their resolution
  • Promoting team building
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order across workstations
  • Adhering to occupational safety, accident prevention, and environmental protection regulations
