JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for introducing customers to their new vehicle and review the features of each vehicle. Responsible for delivering vehicle to customer according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer
  • Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customer's needs
  • Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities
  • Explain warranties and all documents
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Participates in required training
  • Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management
