Job DescriptionOur client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Process Validation Engineer for a 18 month + Contract.

The experienced Process Validation Engineer will be responsible for designing and validating manufacturing processes being transferred to a new location.

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities) Specifying precise product functional requirements; designing, testing and integrating manufacturing processes and fixtures; and evaluating the processes' overall effectiveness, cost, reliability and safety.

Designing, developing, and executing process validation plans; creating and reviewing material part specifications and bills of materials. Collaborating with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, and designers to optimize designs for manufacturability.

Utilizing CAD (Computer Aided Design) or CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) systems to review and modify existing designs of engineering drawings.

Job Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study.1 year of Process Validation experience.1 year of Manufacturing Transfer experience.1 year of experience in a regulated industry.

Experience with report writingExperience with IQ/OO/PQ Validation as well as PPAP Must be able to travel 25% to Arizona as well as Tijuana Mexico
