Our activities cover the entire process chain from planning and project management to development and construction, as well as production, assembly, and commissioning.


Your responsibilities at Willow Oak will include:

  • Preparing offers with cost calculations and schedule planning
  • Managing projects and tracking deadlines and costs
  • Creating technical hardware concepts for control and automation projects
  • Conducting/adjusting PLC programming and interface planning
  • Preparing projectspecific documentation, including concept descriptions, specifications, FMEA, software function descriptions, proof of functional safety, testing and commissioning documents
  • Writing approval documents for inspectors and authorities
  • Planning and conducting tests, including customer contact
  • Commissioning systems in both domestic and international locations

Your profile should include:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Experience in project management and execution
  • Familiarity with relevant standards for machine safety and industrial safety
  • Team and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
