As the
Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the standard of care provided to our residents

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our nursing team to ensure exceptional care delivery.
Overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists, to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
Monitoring and evaluating resident health status, medication administration, and treatment plans.
Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Managing budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize the nursing department's performance.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing or longterm care facility.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and quality improvement processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patientcentered approach to resident care.
Ability to adapt to changing healthcare trends and resident needs.
