National Calibration Inc., established in 1955, is a growing full service commercial calibration company with multiple offices located throughout the southwestern United States.

Our accredited laboratory provides calibration and repair of test and measurement equipment to include Electronics, Force, Linear, Torque, Pressure, and Weight.

We have a part-time opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Scottsdale, Arizona office. M-F 4 hours a day The position has a possibility of going full time.

Essential Functions:

Reception and telephone coordination

Customer service

Filing

Data Entry

Uploading Certificates

Knowledge of Gmail, Word, and Excel

Professional attitude

Detailed -oriented

Strong organization and planning skills

Will learn:

Accounting operations (billing, invoicing, receivables/payables)

Part time Scheduling

Must Have:

Acceptable driving record and Pass a pre-employment drug screen
