Your Profile
- Completed commercial training as an automotive salesman (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Previous experience in order processing and customer service
- Strong communication and customeroriented work style
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ideally, you have knowledge of VW vehicles
- Customer reception and support
- Order processing
- Invoicing
- Consultation
- Dialogue acceptance
- DISS reports
- Correspondence
- Telephone communication
- All other tasks related to customer service
