    Job Summary:

    Oversee and manage Program Managers and the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring timely and budget-conscious program delivery while effectively managing resources and contributing to business strategies.


    Job Description:

    • Provides leadership and guidance to the Program Management team, overseeing staffing matters such as recruitment, retention, and professional development.
    • Aids in corporate budgeting and tracking, recommends corrective actions, and supervises PMO staff development.
    • Establishes and sustains performance metrics for strategic decision-making and keeps updated on industry standards and best practices.
    • Exercises independent judgment in significant matters, maintains regular attendance, and fulfills other assigned duties.

    Compensation:

    This role offers a Pay Range in Colorado from $109,000 to $171,994.43 based on experience and related factors. Comcast provides competitive benefits including commissions for sales roles and bonuses for non-sales positions, along with a comprehensive benefits package tailored to individual needs.
