- Conduct divisional risk reviews in accordance with established enterprise risk review program.
- Monitor divisional Key Risk Indicators. Investigate and report on threshold breaches.
- Support analysis for stress testing and capital allocation.
- Investigate incidents and monitor findings through remediation.
Job Function 2: Support Operational Risk Management Functions - 30% - Coordinate Business Continuity Planning process and documentation.
- Support Model Risk Management program.
- Evaluate Risk Acceptance requests and recommend appropriate action.
- Support estimation of Allowances for Loan and Lease Losses.
- Facilitate New Product Risk Assessments with management.
Job Function 3: Administrative Support for Enterprise Risk Management Committee - 10% - Track issues through remediation.
- Maintain the company's Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance systems.
- Periodically update risk appetite statements.
- Assist with ERM Meeting prep and minutes.
Position Requirements:
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with lending, financial services operations management, financial institution risk management, or related capacities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
