Service Advisor for Tax Products (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:


  • You will apply your expertise in property tax and handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing
  • Additionally, you will document and forward the inquiry contents to the responsible employees
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting targets

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Experience in telephone customer service or other customer interactions
  • Ideally, experience in income tax or corporate tax
  • Strong customer orientation, service readiness, and communication skills
  • Flexible working hours Mon-Fri from 7:30 am 6:15 pm
