Pay:
Hourly

- $22.00-$32.00 based on experience


Shift:
Monday - Friday Regular business hours with some variability based on project requirements. (OT as required)


Reports To:
Manufacturing Engineering Manager

How will you contribute?

  • Monitor and improve manufacturing and engineering processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Process Engineers to implement innovative designs and workflows.
  • Ensure proper equipment usage and maintenance standards are upheld by observing workers.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process enhancement and quality improvement.
  • Assist in the qualification of new processes, providing documentation and training support.
  • Develop and coordinate technical training programs for both direct and indirect labor.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, fostering collaboration across various teams.

What are we looking for?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some postsecondary education desired.
  • Strong critical thinking ability and mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic AutoCAD experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
