What You'll Do:


  • Provide administrative support as needed/requested by PL executive team,
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate parties,
  • Greet visitors and provide general support,
  • Manage conference room schedule and schedule internal meetings,
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, order supplies as needed,
  • Follow through on projects until completed
