- Greet all walk\-ins and provide assistance to Residents/Guests as needed\.
- Answers all calls and/or e\-mails, distribute all messages from Residents, Board Members, Staff, Vendors, etc\. as required in a timely manner\.
- Issue access devices \(FOBs\) as requested\. Provide Administrative Assistant with completed form\(s\) and information needed to properly maintain the resident records/database\.
- Monitor the facility cameras whenever possible\.
- Perform random walk\-troughs of the Clubhouse and Clubhouse grounds a minimum of once per hour to inspect for maintenance/janitorial issues, violations of the Clubhouse Rules, etc\.
- Address any Safety/Security issues immediately when possible or report to proper entity\.
- Complete accurate and detail incident report \[complete all required information, take pictures, collect names of witness\(es\) if available, etc\.\] for any incident/accident in the Clubhouse or Clubhouse grounds\. Immediately inform Management\.
- Prepare weekly report and submit to Property Manager\.
- Willingness to work overtime\.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management\.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred\. Completion of College level courses in Hospitality is strongly desirable\.Â
- Two \(2\) or more years' experience in the Hospitality Industry\.Â
- Effective written and verbal communication skills\.Â
- Multiple language fluency is desirable\.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends\.Â
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required\.
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs\.Â
- Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time\.Â
- Walk and climb stairs; Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment\.Â
- Reach with hands and arms\.Â
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word\.Â
- Ability to navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions\.Â
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner\.
