Fishman is currently looking for a
highly motivated Product Manager to join our team in Andover, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert executive vision into solid product strategies and roadmaps
• Develop and present opportunities through pragmatic research and analysis
• Create business plans for product families, including pricing, forecasting, and ROI metrics
• Advance marketing positioning and messaging
• Provide strategic, technical, and pricing guidance to Sales and Marketing in support of GTM and sustaining activities
• Author and proof userfacing materials for technical accuracy, messaging, and completion
• Translate ideas into strategy through consumer research and engineering feasibility review
• Generate highly detailed product requirements
• Provide technical assistance to customer service & support
• Research, build, and monitor competitive activity
• Collaborate with core development teams to create reliable project schedules that maximize profitability
• Lead project meetings and drive solutions that meet consumer needs

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related desired
• Minimum 3 years product management or owner experience in a related field
• Motivated selfstarter with a particularly high attention to details
• Proficiency in spreadsheet, text layout, Adobe Creative Suite, and Audio Production software
• Excellent written, verbal, and strategic thinking skills; graphics skills a plus
• Ability to understand technical engineering solutions and convert them into attractive customer solutions
• Comfortable interfacing and resolving action items with all disciplines within the organization
• Experience with a variety of instruments, music production, and a knowledge of guitar is preferred
• Project Management experience a plus

$99, $120,000.00 per year
