- Managing our business in all operational, organizational, and personnel matters
- Achieving sales targets
- Caring for and advising our demanding customers according to company standards
- Building effective and long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Implementing merchandising concepts on the sales floor
- Optimizing employee schedules according to business requirements
- Monitoring customer consultation tools
- Managing inventory and stock
- Training and guiding the team, promoting team spirit
- Preparing reports and analyses

- Experience in a leadership position
