Description

Montecito Post Acute Care and Rehab is looking for a friendly and bright Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests to our building As a receptionist, you play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our visitors, patients, and staff.

We are looking to add a full-time team member for 40 hours per week that is available...

Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 3:30pm)

Fridays (8am - 4pm)


We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service and communication skills, is friendly, calm under pressure, and able to multi-task.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Create a positive and professional first impression of the facility by showing visitors a caring, compassionate, and patient attitude.
  • Greeting and welcoming Visitors, which includes residents, new admissions, family members, vendors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering and directing multiline phone system.
  • Receipting payments for healthcare services and cash handling.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, pulling reports, and mail handling
  • Maintain HIPAA Compliance

Knowledge, Competencies, and Skills:


  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Multitasking and proactive problemsolving
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations
  • Basic computer skills
