Responsibilities:

• Processing orders using QuickBooks Online and other software tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment
• Printing shipping labels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance overall customer experience
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference
• Handling inperson customers at our Conroe location

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in the customer service industry, preferably in an office setting
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customeroriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company

Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
