    • Immediate Entry-Level Position: Day shift role with extensive on-the-job training.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Operate CNC machines as per guidelines.
      • Load raw materials, deburr finished parts, and ensure quality control.
      • Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
      • Participate in training programs and collaborate effectively with team members.
      • Demonstrate strong work ethics, safety consciousness, and a willingness to learn.
    • Set-up Skills:
      • Proficient in setting up CNC machines and conducting inspections.
      • Program using Mastercam 2022.
      • Prioritize safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
      • Display mechanical aptitude and a desire for continuous skill development.
    • Requirements for Programmers:
      • Utilize Mastercam 2022 efficiently.
      • Work on creating and modifying programs for optimal efficiency.
      • Engage in job shop manufacturing processes with precision.
      • Collaborate with the team to enhance machining processes.
      • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are a must.
