then keep reading because this is for you**The Clinical Supervisor for DCF Links and Individualized Family Supports oversees and manages a multi-disciplinary team of professionals treating youth with behavioral health needs and their families to achieve stability and success in the community. The Clinical Supervisor provides individual and group supervision and administrative oversight of the program in conjunction with the Program Director and funder to provide high quality services.


Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support with the following:
Providing effective and positive leadership to a multi-disciplinary team

Assisting the Program Director with interviewing and hiring credentialed staff for programs.

Working with the program director to develop, implement, and modify program procedures.

Monitors to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed.

Maintaining regular communication with DCF and Family Networks to coordinate care.

Performing assigned tasks for the program as requested by the Program Director and Senior Management.


What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?**- Master's degree in behavioral health related field required.

  • Minimum of two years' experience working with children and families.
  • Independent Licensure or license eligible required.
  • Training in child/adolescent issues, childserving agencies.
  • Genuine desire to be a team player.
  • Commitment to being part of a program that is highly respected.
