Responsibilities:

  • In the dynamic project environment of the energy industry, you are responsible for planning and implementing the optimal personnel deployment and requirements. You are in close communication with the work package managers and employees. You also coordinate the use of external labor.
  • You keep an eye on the entire workflow, organize the team and their tasks, and communicate within and outside the team.
  • You review time and project recordings in the time tracking system and support the creation of monthly performance reports for customer projects. You are responsible for daily reporting and monitoring measures.
  • You handle administrative tasks in the SAP and Office environment and coordinate across locations.
  • You develop the team and support in conflict resolution.
  • You work as a work package manager (WPM) in operational project business.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you already have project and/or leadership experience in the SAP environment or the energy industry.
  • You communicate with respect and adapt your communication and information behavior to the person and situation.
  • You shape a highperforming team and ensure a diversity of skills and personalities.
