Industrial mechanics are the experts when it comes to maintenance, repair, and operation of machines and production systems. The training takes place at the Palm paper mill in Aalen-Neukochen.


Your training:

  • You will start your 3year training at our factory in Aalen-Neukochen
  • You will be gradually introduced to our complex paper machines, as well as all other equipment and machines, and their mechanical maintenance
  • You will be involved in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Your profile:

  • At least a good secondary school diploma
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Independence and sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork skills
