What can you expect?
- You will develop effective sales channels both online and offline.
- You will continuously acquire new customers through targeted research and acquisition.
- You will create presentations and take strategic lead in pitches, conducting confident negotiations with clients and agencies.
- You will develop strategies and concepts in the areas of brand, social, and digital media.
- You will create individualized digital concepts tailored to the needs of the target audience.
- You will ensure that our pipeline is always filled with leads and sales.
What should you bring?
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree.
- You have 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the media industry and agency.
- You have sales in your blood, convincing with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach and negotiation skills.
- You are characterized by your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a growth mindset.
- You are proficient in relevant tools such as Hubspot, Asana, Google Sheets, Google Slides.
- You have excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality.
- You have very good German and English skills.
