    OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (OT) CYBER SECURITY / CONTROLS ENGINEER - MONROE, MICHIGAN

    A Leading Automotive Supplier in the Monroe, Michigan needs a OT Cyber Security / Controls Engineer. This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays & Paid Vacation.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct risk assessments of OT systems and identify potential vulnerabilities
    • Develop and implement security measures to protect OT systems against cyber threats
    • Assist in the design and development of control systems for various projects
    • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement control strategies
    • Participate in the testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure optimal performance
    • Contribute to the documentation and technical specifications of control systems
    • Work closely with the cybersecurity group to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security
    • measures
    • Define security policies and procedures for OT systems
    • Work with both IT and OT teams to ensure holistic security across the organization
    • Test and evaluate security measures to improve effectiveness
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and security technologies
    • Participate in incident response activities to contain and remediate security incidents
    • Update PLC's, HMI's and other OT related firmware.
