- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state where services are rendered, at hire and throughout the entire duration of employment
- Current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Knowledge of computer and EMR systems
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age

- $25.00- $35.00 per hour + Shift Differentials

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary responsibility of the LPN position is to provide direct nursing care to patients and to execute the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with internal policies, and federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern Northpoint. In tandem with our multidisciplinary team, you are entrusted to ensure that the highest degree of quality care will always be provided to our patients.
