Job summary
The Lab Technician performs laboratory testing of coatings and parts,as well as performs final inspection on coated parts by comparing finished product to technical plans and records data.
- This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customers' inventory and, as such, will perform duties safely and responsibly to prevent customer loss or damage.
- Attend and Quality for CCL Certification by Metcut labs and participate in annual round robins to maintain qualification.
- Conduct Laboratory tests, review and report results based on Lab Standards, Customer Specifications, and Technical plans for parts and applied coatings.
