Description

Position Responsibilities:


  • Generate sales estimates based on customers' cabinet orders in QuickBooks
  • Manage high volume incoming calls from customers regarding their cabinet orders
  • Followup with customers on pending orders for confirmation
  • Process customers orders after confirmation in collaborating with the warehouse team
  • Work with warehouse department on scheduling pickup/delivery and to ensure smooth customer pick up
  • Work with drivers for any delivery matters
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage RMA requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Education, Experience, and Skills:


  • High level of attention to details
  • 4year degree preferred
  • 23 years of proven B2B customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred in cabinetry industry)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong attention to details
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with MS Office Product Suite, Intuit QuickBooks

Pay:
$45,000.00 per year
