Position Responsibilities:
- Generate sales estimates based on customers' cabinet orders in QuickBooks
- Manage high volume incoming calls from customers regarding their cabinet orders
- Followup with customers on pending orders for confirmation
- Process customers orders after confirmation in collaborating with the warehouse team
- Work with warehouse department on scheduling pickup/delivery and to ensure smooth customer pick up
- Work with drivers for any delivery matters
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Manage RMA requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- High level of attention to details
- 4year degree preferred
- 23 years of proven B2B customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred in cabinetry industry)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong attention to details
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with MS Office Product Suite, Intuit QuickBooks
Pay:
$45,000.00 per year
