General Description:
This position will perform project/program based services and responsibilities in support of Campus Operations.

Duties and Tasks:
- Takes on special projects and follows through from beginning to completion.
- Prepares budget analysis and resolves budget discrepancies when necessary.
- Maintains a record of the campus budget and related accounts.
- Provides general administrative support to the Campus Operations office.
- Assists with purchasing, tracking, and receiving of goods and services through Virginia's procurement system (eVA), for the DCO, as well as various other departments.
- Provides a broad range of administrative support to the Director of Campus Operations, to include budget management. Oversees record of the campus related projects, tracking fixed asset purchases, including eforms to closure.
- Serves as liaison and representative for campus environmental and renovation projects, working with College Facilities, A&E's and College/VCCS Project Managers; represents campus interests at renovation meetings, provides timely status reports on projects.
- Assists with managing the renovation budget, ensuring accurate estimates of project costs are secured and budget issues are addressed, and funding is appropriate and according to all State, VCCS, and College procurement policies and procedures.
- Provides needed support for events scheduled on the campus.
- Coordinates and participates in survey of campus building interiors during spring, summer, and fall semesters with appropriate Campus/College officials to ensure that all buildings and campus grounds well maintained. Coordinates efforts with appropriate administration.
- Other duties and tasks may be assigned by supervisor.

KSAs:
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask, gather information, analyze data and resolve problems and issues.
- A strong knowledge of computer and computer software.
- Ability to utilize Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of budget management.
- Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and excellent time management skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Business administration
- Experience in office management.
- Experience working on projects.
- Experience working with budget.
- Experience with financial management.
