RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
  • Successfully complete required product, systems, and communications training
  • Greet all sales customers
  • Assist customers with vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Perform highquality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to become the vehicle authority
  • Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Learn digital retail platform
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Report to Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Tech savvy
